What questions are asked in an NDA SSB interview?

Sample questions:

1.  What is the distance in inches from the centre of the earth to the north pole?
2.  Who is the president of Tibukthree?
3.  What is the circumference of the moon in millimeters?

Your question has been answered here time and again.  And, I am repeating the essence once again for your benefit.  Your 'mental make-up' is what they want to test.  Every question that they ask (except some preliminaries like what is your name and what is your father's name etc., which would have one answer) will have more than one answers and all could be considered correct.  It is your selection and how you further explain why you selected that answer which matters.

Io will be asking about your interests, meaning of your name, distance of ssb centre from your place, speciality of place you live in, things you saw while coming for ssb, your teachers, friends, how you make friends- be careful this time he will also ask name and this may tell about your adjustment quality.

He also ask about your marks, parents, school, sports you play(prepare about that sport) , sometimes he may give you situations so answer carefully, and there are many more questions. It's very easy just be your self.

Also remember, if you say reading book us your hobby then he may ask it's price and no of pages. So be prepared for such questions.

And remember the pool mantra- never lie IO. He knows more than you and asses thousands of candidates. So be yourself and truthful.

Interview is the one of most important aspect of judging our character from a highly experienced person and if you are able to set your mark here then your recommendation is guaranteed as the interviewer mostly happens to be the deputy or board president. . Here you need confidence and the most important the answers which impress . Mostly the interview duration happens to between 15 min to 1.5 hrs depending on candidate . So the first important aspect here is that you have to fill the piq form carefully and should be fully aware of the points written . He is sure to ask you about interest and sports and be ready with all rules , famous players , their country etc. Then he mostly come with question about why do you want to join . Prepare a solid answer for it … Next he comes with stressful questions mostly on girlfriend so think before saying if you say no give him proper reason he is convinced best try to avoid , he may ask after some time to check . He may come up with some questions based on science . He will also come with some questions on situation reaction and last he may come with some questions which is to test your real aspiration for armed forces . Like they may come up with some situation that may compel you to quit but you have to keep your ground and stay confident
